Research on the Scheduling of Tractors in the Major Epidemic to Ensure Spring Ploughing

When the outbreak of COVID-19 began, people could not go out. It was allowed to provide agricultural machinery services in different places across regions reduce flow and gathering people. Improvement utilization efficiency resources is required through scientific scheduling machinery. With seizing farming season stabilizing production as goal, this paper studied tractors within scope town established operation model with minimization total cost optimization objective. Factors such farmland area, machinery, location information operating time window are considered improve accuracy model. The characteristics multiple algorithms analyzed comprehensively. requirements ensure spring ploughing combined design algorithm based on SA algorithm. Hushu Street, Jiangning District, Nanjing City, an example, a comparative experiment conducted simulated annealing (SA) designed empirical genetic (GA). results suggest that scheme generated by 19,042.07 yuan lower than 779.19 average. Compared GA algorithm, transfer distance, waiting cost, delay reduced 11.6%, 100%, 98.1% average, indicating distance shorter, so time. Meanwhile, it can effectively obtain near-optimal solution meets constraint, good convergence, stability, adaptability.
